docs: Add configuration for Caddy

This adds the configuration for serving Calckey behind the Caddy reverse proxy. Due to its Automatic HTTPS feature, there is no need to supply external certificates. The configuration is so small that I didn't see a need to put it in a separate file, but if you would like me to do that, I can do that.
