feat: import firefish renote and reply from export, import self-reply from mastodon export

What does this PR do? (Please give us a brief description of what this PR does.)

This MR is second stage of #10882 .

This MR add three features:

  1. Import Firefish renote and reply from export.
  2. Import Self-reply from Mastodon export.
  3. Add more tips about import/export data.

Resolves: #9947 #10661 #10807

Due to the complexity of the data import function itself, the accuracy of Traditional Chinese translation cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, this MR does not provide Traditional Chinese translation. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and thank you for your understanding and support.
