Need to revert to Postgres v12.2 in order to solve the following issue in calckey_db container while using Docker:

2022-12-19 00:41:03.938 UTC [1] DETAIL:  The data directory was initialized by PostgreSQL version 12, which is not compatible with this version 13.9.
